viewMAX HTML-Displays und -Player (auch Samsung Smart Displays ab SSSP 3.0) rufen Inhalte in Intervallen von einem Webserver ab.
Die Anzeigen werden dazu von der viewMAX Software erstellt und dann über den viewMAX Connector zeit-gesteuert in den Verzeichnissen des Webservers abgelegt.

==Voraussetzung==
*viewMAX Version 2.8
*viewMAX Player Lizenz (je Display)
*viewMAX HTML Displays oder Samsung Smart Displays SSSP ab 3. Generation
*Externer oder der integrierte [[viewMAX webServer]]

==Konfiguration==
Wir setzten voraus, dass sie bereits mit der Einrichtung von Räumen und Displays im viewMAX Director vertraut sind.
#Installieren Sie einen webServer (z.B. Microsoft IIS) oder aktivieren Sie den integrierten viewMAX webServer [[viewMAX webServer einrichten]].
#Legen Sie im Stammverzeichnis des webServers ein Unterverzeichnis mit den Namen '''viewMAX''' als Inhaltsverzeichnis an (z.B.: '''C:\inetpub\wwwroot\viewMAX\''').
#Unter '''viewMAX Director/Configuration/Properties/Uploader''' tragen Sie das Inhaltsverzeichnis als '''Export path''' für '''Virtual displays''' ein.
#Unter '''viewMAX Director/Configuration/Displays''' erstellen Sie ein neues Display mit dem '''Protocol: HTML 5''''. Achten Sie darauf, das der Haken bei '''Use default path''' gesetzt ist und notieren oder überschreiben die '''Virtual ID''' - diese ist für die Konfiguration Ihres Displays erforderlich.
#Konfigurieren Sie den WebBrowser ihres Displays. Als URL verwenden Sie bitte den Servernamen in Verbindung mit Ihrem Inhaltsverzeichnis und der virtuellen '''vID''' des Displays, ersichtlich unter ''viewMAX Director/Configuration/Displays''. Sollten Sie den webServers des [[viewMAX Connector]]s, so werden die Inhalte für das Display inm Verzeichnis '''C:\inetpub\wwwroot\viewMAX\123\''' abgelegt. Der SoC Media Player des Samsung Displays, schaut über die hinterlegte URL des webServers in diese Verzeichnis und gibt die dort hinterlegte '''index.html''' wieder.

==Wichtige Informationen==
*Es werden nur Samsung Displays mit SSSP der 3.Generation oder höher unterstützt
*Alle Displays sollten im Querformat (horizontal) konfiguriert sein
*Stellen Sie unter ''viewMAX Director/Configuration/Displays'' die native Display Auflösung ein.
*Die viewMAX Vorlagen für 16/9 Displays, sollten im FullHD-Format mit einer Auflösung von 1920x1080px (bzw: 1080x1920px vertikal) erstellt werden.
*Im Gegensatz zu anderen viewMAX Displays, arbeiten HTM Display im ''Polling Mode''. Dadurch führt zu einer leichten Verzögerung bei der Aktualisierung der Bildschirminhalte.

An USB mouse is mandatory for the player and display configuration. It is recommended to use an USB-Keyboard (an American keyboard driver is installed).

For an already prepared devices, move the mouse cursor to any corner of the screen and press the left mouse button until the configuration menu occurs. If a password was set, enter your password if requested.

== Installation of the viewMAX applications==

#open the viewMAX Director and connect to your viewMAX database.
#install the [[viewMAX Connector]] ''viewMAX Connector.msi''. A shortcut will be crated to all users autostart group. The configuration parameter may be changed in the viewMAX Director/Configuration/Connectors.
#if you use an Interface install the ''viewMAX Interface.msi''.
#IMPORTANT: Don't forget to update all viewMAX Director Clients!
